6. Creation The triune God is the source,[1] creator,[2] and sustainer[3] of all things and He designed everything to give Him glory.[4] God created the entire universe in six 24-hour days[5] and the age of the earth is relatively young.[6] God’s creation was originally good and without sin or death,[7] including Lucifer[8] and the first humans Adam and Eve.[9] The earth was changed to its current form after a worldwide flood during the time of Noah.[10] God has revealed himself to everyone through the amazing design, complexity, and continuous display of creation[11] so that men are without excuse in denying His existence[12] and ownership over all that He has made.[13]
